Fundado por Juan y Carlos Padrós en 1902. Con las victorias en el campeonato regional el equipo fue adquiriendo popularidad. El primer título que ganaron fue la Copa del Rey en 1905.

Los equipos que han destacado en la historia del Madrid han sido:

- El Madrid de Ricardo Zamora

  Los títulos que ganaron fueron 2 ligas y 5 Copas de España. Como entrenador ganó 2 ligas.

- El Madrid de Di Stefano

  Los títulos que ganaron fueron 5 Champions League, 8 ligas, 1 Copa de Franco y 1 Intercontinental.      Como entrenador ganó 1 liga, 1 Supercopa de España y 1 Recopa de España

De todos el que más destaca, por mi parte es La quinta del Buitre, de Emiliio "El Buitre" Butragueño.
