En este poema no falta nada, a lo mejor la presencia de algún personaje, pero a simple vista nada. El narrador es alguien al cual le encanta la naturaleza. El narrador puede ser, Mordred. El tema del poema es la Muerte. Los personajes son:
- Avalón. Según la leyenda es una isla en la cual viven 9 reinas hadas.
- Mordred. Conocido por ser hijo del Rey Arturo y de haber muerto a sus brazos.
- Santo grial. Copa usada por Jesucristo en la última cena.

Estas tres cosas tienen una cosa en común:

DOS ÁRBOLES

Será raro que un problema sobre en que árbol construir una pequeña cabaña provocase una pelea entre hermanos. Sus miradas entre ambos era de infinito odio; la madre de ambos, parecía Suiza en medio de la segunda guerra mundial, no se hablaron en toda la cena.
El dia siguiente amaneció tenso, tanto que se podría derretir un bloque de hielo. El número de días siguió aumentando sin ningún cambio entre los hermanos. Dos meses después sufrió un accidente el hermano mayor, en ese momento se dio cuenta el menor de que no podía vivir sin su hermano.
Finalmente se hizo la cabaña entre los dos árboles.
